Information you choose to provide
An account uses your email address and authentication information to provide secure access. Saved reflections contain the result, title, creation time and your account identifier. Saving is optional. The free life-path save action does not store your date of birth.
Numerology calculations run in your browser. Birth-chart tools send a birth date, time, time zone and, when known, coordinates to our server for calculation; these tools do not save the inputs. City search sends only the city text to Open-Meteo, a separate geocoding provider. Manual coordinates and time zones can be entered without using that search. The daily tarot tool does not collect a private question. Ritual quiz answers remain in your browser, and saving keeps the suggested ritual.
Private notes are stored only when you explicitly save them to your account. The seven-day program can optionally remember your notes and progress in this browser; unchecking that option removes the local copy. Coffee photos remain in the current browser session, are not uploaded and are excluded from reports. Selected shapes and notes are saved only when you choose to save the result.
PDF downloads send the selected report text to our server for in-memory PDF generation. The PDF endpoint does not persist a report file. Downloads exclude tool input fields such as birth dates and names; any personal information you write into your own notes is still part of those notes.
Infrastructure and essential cookies
Supabase provides account authentication, the PostgreSQL database and image storage. ZodiVela’s resources are within the Oryvelon Supabase project in the Frankfurt region. Infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, timestamps and security logs to deliver and protect their services.
Authentication cookies support secure sessions. A signed daily-symbol cookie expires at the next UTC midnight and maintains the same anonymous tarot draw in the same browser. A browser preference stores your optional analytics choice. Monthly, yearly and other tarot spreads use signed period cookies to preserve each draw in the same browser. These cookies do not contain your birth details or a private question.
Optional analytics
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are activated only after their account configuration is completed and you choose optional analytics. Analytics tags are not loaded before that choice. Our application events use public page paths and experience types; they exclude birth data, emails, quiz answers, saved reflection text and private account contents. You can change your choice through Cookie preferences.
How long information is kept
Saved reflections remain until you remove them or request deletion of the relevant account data. Provider security logs and backups follow their configured retention schedules. We do not claim that deleting a record immediately removes every backup copy.
Your choices
You can use free tools without an account, export saved reflections, remove individual saved results and request access, correction or account deletion. We may need to verify that a request comes from the account holder. Depending on your location, applicable data-protection rights and complaint routes may also apply.
Adults only
ZodiVela is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Do not use account or discovery services if you are under 18.
Future changes
New paid, AI-assisted or image-upload experiences will require a revised notice describing their actual data flows. Private data from ZodiVela is not shared with other Oryvelon brands through this application.
